From the vine to the line: awards
Every award winner in the mini-Mussel, Musselman, µMussel, and DoubleMussel will receive a custom bottle of Finger Lakes wine. Chateau LaFayette Reneau's owner, Dick Reno, has designed special labels for his internationally-known vintages and his winery is the Exclusive Sponsor for the Musselman awards. Anthony Road Winery has been part of the Musselman since 2004 and is the Exclusive Sponsor of the mini-Mussel awards. The children of Ann Martini, the owner, have been competing at the Musselman since its inception.
If you have a chance to visit Chateau LaFayette Reneau and Anthony Road during Musselman Weekend, please do. Say hello to Dick and Ann and bring some bottles home with you. CLR is located on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake, on Route 414 just past the town of Hector. Anthony Road is on the western shore, 10 miles south of Geneva along Route 14.
