  • Registration is now closed. No further entries will be accepted.

  • Learn more about ITU Pan American Cup racing.
  • All athletes must have a valid elite card from their National Federation, and it must be presented at the race. You must also notify your National Federation in advance that you are competing.
  • All athletes must attend a pre-race briefing on Friday, July 11 at 2 pm in the Geneva Room of the library on the campus of Hobart & William Smith Colleges. Race packets will be distributed at the end of the meeting.
  • Free accommodations for the first 18 pros to register are available in the Athlete Village. Athletes can request a bed in a house overlooking the lake for up to 4 nights (Thu, Fri, Sat, and/or Sun). Rooms are not air conditioned and may be shared (with others of the same sex). NOTE: free dorm beds are now full.
  • Shuttle buses will be offered between Geneva (720 S. Main Street) and Rochester International Airport (ROC) on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to take one of the following shuttles, please contact us with your flight schedule by July 5.
    • Thursday, July 10 departing Rochester airport at 5pm
    • Thursday, July 10 departing Rochester airport at 9pm
    • Friday, July 11 departing Rochester airport at 12:30am
    • Sunday, July 13 departing 720 S. Main Street (Geneva) at 4am

 Swim course (0.9 miles)
  • The swim will start from the city docks in front of the Ramada Inn Lakefront. Athletes will complete two laps of a rectangle course before exiting the water at the beach next to Castle Creek. Excellent spectator viewing is available from Long Pier. Water temperature is typically in the mid-70's, so expect wetsuits to be forbidden.

 Bike course (24.8 miles)
  • The bike course consists of seven laps in and around downtown Geneva. Athletes will depart Lakefront Park and turn right, circling Centennial Park on their way to Exchange Street and downtown Geneva. A circuit of downtown will conclude back at Lake Street, where athletes will turn onto Routes 5&20 for a climb to Main Street and a tour of Pulteney Park. A lightning-fast descent will follow, bringing athletes back to the lake. All streets will be closed to traffic and a wheel drop will be available on each lap.

 Run course (6.2 miles)
  • Starting from transition in the festival area of Lakefront Park, the run will circle much of Lakefront Park before finishing along the new, intricate brickwork placed by the city just this spring. Each lap of the run is one mile, so athletes will complete the loop six times six times before finishing by the lake. The course is closed to traffic, and one aid station will be available on each of the six loops.
