The skinny on aid stations...
Outside aid in triathlon is prohibited according to the USAT rules, which govern the Musselman. Aid stations, however, are allowed and will help you keep hydrated and full of energy as you traverse the highways and byways of this region. Below you'll find what's available, where the aid stations will be, and how many will be there on raceday.

NOTE: If you plan on eating and drinking what we offer at the aid stations, it is highly recommended that you try these products at least once during training. Competition is not the place to experiment with new food, drink, or eating patterns!
