Packet pickup
- All athletes (except MusselKids) will pick up their race packets at Scandling Center (Vandervort Room) on the campus of Hobart & William Smith Colleges.
- mini-Mussel athletes have two options for picking up packets. Packet pickup will be available Friday from 5:30 - 7:30pm and Saturday from 6:30 - 8:30am. Your race starts at 9am at Seneca Lake State Park, so make sure you come in time!
- Half-iron athletes must pick up packets on Saturday from 10am - 4pm.
- All athletes will be required to show proof of USAT membership and a photo ID when picking up your packet. If you are not an annual member of USAT, you must buy a one-day membership.
- No packets will be mailed ahead of time.
- Half-iron athletes are required to attend one of two pre-race meetings on Saturday. The first option is 1:30pm and the second is 4:30pm. Both meetings will take place at The Smith Opera House in downtown Geneva.

Pancake breakfast
The United Methodist Church of Geneva will host a pancake breakfast on Saturday morning from 8 - 10am. In addition to flapjacks (with toppings), breakfast will also include bacon, fruit, juice, tea, and coffee. Breakfast is $6 per person ($20 for a family of four) and 100% of proceeds will be used by the Community Lunch Program to feed members of this community throughout the year.

| Pre-race Dinner
Dinner will take place on Saturday from 5:30 - 7pm at the Scandling Center, on the picturesque campus of Hobart & William Smith Colleges. Dinner is free for all registered half-iron, aquabike, and DoubleMussel athletes. Additional tickets can be purchased at packet pickup for $15/person. They will not be available at the door.
